At Ring, we want you to feel secure and satisfied with your home security investment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ring account and visit the Order History page to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging including all cables, mounts, and manuals, then securely seal the box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned device, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
